BDC Sales Representative

• Pay: Hourly + Monthly Bonuses

Knight Claremont Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram is seeking a BDC Sales Representative to join our team! We're looking for someone who is motivated, a team player & driven to make $$$!

BDC is responsible for handling all online, phone, & email inquiries to bring in appointments for the sales department.

• CDJR experience is not necessary, but automotive/dealership experience is preferred.
• CRM experience is also preferred, but training will be provided.

The mission of the BDC Representative is to maximize their individual sales performance by generating appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to purchase a new &/or pre-owned vehicle. The goal is to accomplish this while maintaining the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Respond to internet inquiries promptly, accurately, and professionally.
• Answering all inbound sales calls
• Calling/texting/emailing customers for daily follow-ups
• Generate sales appointments
• Effectively utilize the CRM(Customer Management System) for ongoing follow-up on client inquiries
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

• Car sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Background check/drug test screening
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Holidays
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Required)
• Call center: 1 year (Required)
• Automotive/Dealership: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
